Shandong Taikai Disconnector Co.,Ltd, is the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Taikai Group and the main disconnector supplier for State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid , with the registered capital of 100 million RMB and the total assets of 480 million RMB, and it is the company which manufactures the HV equipment of HV disconnector and earthing switch, it also has the capacity to design, develop and manufacture the outdoor AC/DC HV disconnector and earthing switch of 1100kV and below. Over these years, the integrated economic index is on top of the same industries. The products have been delivered all over the country, and exported to more than 30 countries and regions of America, Africa and Asia, which has been well received.

The company has employee about 990, which there are 180 or more specialized technicians with bachelor degree and above. The company area is 57200m2  and the area of workshop is 33400m2 . There are 100 and more manufacture equipments, including 20 sets of vertical machining centre, numerical control horizontal boring and milling machine, numerical control lathe, numerical control and flame plasma cutting machine, circular seam automation welding machine and so on. The assembly of switches has realized the assembly line work, which could regulate the assembly technology and inspection point and guarantee the standardization and consistency of products. The yearly production capability of the disconnector is 30000 and more sets. The company has the equipments such as numerical control crankle and china bowl tester, ultrasonic flaw detection tester, spectrum analyzer, spring tension tester, ray X tester for thickness, salt spray corrosion test chamber and so on , to provide the accurate measurement for the strength of porcelain bottle, materials of the raw material, characteristics of spring, the thickness of plating and so on, which guarantee that the raw material and quality of importance parts could meet the relevant technical requirement. The company has the test equipments such as circuit resistance tester, measurement system of clamp force, dielectric strength tester, torque tester, temperature rise tester and so on, to do the delivery test for all the products, which could guarantee that the performance of products could meet the relevant technical requirement.

The independently designed 35kV- 1100kV HV AC and DC disconnector, earthing switch and disconnector have been safely operating on the Jindongnan-Jingmen extra-high voltage project, Hazheng ±800kV extra-high voltage DC power transmission project, Wandian-transmission 1100kV extra-high voltage AC power transmission project, Xiluoduzuoan-Zhejiang Jinhua ±800kV extra-high voltage DC power transmission project, Beijing Chengbei 500kV substation project and so on.
