SHANDONG TAIKAI INSTRUMENT TRANSFORMER CO., LTD

  Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, was established in 1997. It has 200 millions yuan of registered capital and 7600 millions yuan of total capital. As national high-tech enterprise, it is specialized in manufacture of four series of high-voltage electric products including instrument transformer, lightening arrestor, cable accessory and complete testing equipment with 1000kv and below voltage.

    In 1997, it has passed ISO9001 Quality and Management System Certification in 1997, and quality, environment and occupational management system certification in 2009.    The company, as a qualified state technical institute, is the co-drafter of some national standards such as JJG-1021 Verification Regulation of Instrument Transformers in Power System, GB/T20840.7-2007 Electronic Voltage Transformers, GB/T20840.8-2007 Electronic Current transformers, and it undertakes 24 items of  provincial and national innovation programs such as 1000kV Standard Voltage Transformers. It owned 37 pieces of domestic patents. Six of them are of inventions. Together with the China Electric Power Research Institute, it developed China’s first series of 1000kV standard voltage transformers, standard capacitors, and deadtank capacitive voltage transformers with world advanced performance. In 2008, the 1000kV standard voltage transformers were successfully applied to Jingmen-Nanyang-Southeastern Shanxi 1000kV UHV (Ultra-High Voltage) Transmission and Transformation Project, a nationwide demonstrated program, which shows that the standard technology for frequency voltage ratio in China has reached the world leading level.    It is one of main qualified suppliers of instrument transformer and cable accessory with 110kv and below for National Grid Company. Our products are used in 30 provinces or autonomous regions of the whole nation, exported to tens of foreign countries such as Russia, and products are safely running in the environment of freezing cold, hot or humid, high altitude and sand area,etc..
