LW-40.5AG outdoor high-voltage SF6 circuit breaker

1.1 LW-40.5AG outdoor high-voltage SF6 circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment, suitable for control and protection of 40.5kV transmission and distribution systems, and can also be used for connecting circuit breakers and opening and closing capacitor banks.

1.2 The LW-40.5AG outdoor high-voltage SF6 circuit breaker is equipped with a CT10-A electric spring operating mechanism. Outdoor dry type current transformers can be attached externally, or core bushing type current transformers can be attached internally.

1.3 The circuit breaker complies with the International Electrotechnical Commission standard I EC62271-100 publication "High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers".

1.4 Main characteristics of circuit breakers

a. Excellent breaking performance, short arc ignition time, and long electrical life.

b. Reliable insulation, can withstand 40.5kV for 10 minutes under zero gauge pressure.

c. The mechanism has low operational efficiency, high reliability, and can be operated frequently.

d. Simple and compact structure, small size, and long maintenance cycle.

1.5 Environmental conditions for use

a. Altitude: not exceeding 2000 meters;

b. Environmental temperature: -30 ℃~+40 ℃ (special requirement -40 ℃~+40 ℃);

c. Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90% (25 ℃);

d. Wind speed: not exceeding 35 meters/second;

e. Pollution level: Level IV, nominal creepage distance of 31mm/kV;

f. There are no flammable substances, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, or severe vibration situations.
