This switchgear is a high-voltage current limiting fuse and vacuum contactor circuit, used for controlling motors, protecting transformers, breaking capacitors, etc. in 3.6-7.2kV systems. It is generally used for control circuits of motors below 1200kW and transformers below 1600kVA.
Main structural features:
This switchgear adopts a galvanized steel plate assembly structure, which has good corrosion resistance and high accuracy; The combination of vacuum contactor and fuse ensures reasonable control and good protection; The handcart adopts a dual circuit floor mounted design, with a small footprint, high positioning accuracy, and strong interchangeability; Adopting door closing operation, mechanical locking is safe and reliable, and the "five preventions" are perfect. It is divided into two parts: the cabinet and the movable part (handcart).
1. Cabinet body
The shell is an assembled structure, and the connections of various parts are made using a concave convex fit. The transition point of the cabinet body adopts a specially designed three-dimensional positioning support, which not only ensures assembly accuracy, overcomes welding deformation, but also has sufficient strength. This equipment is arranged in double circuit parallel to the left and right, that is, there are two FC circuits in one switchgear; Each circuit is separated into a handcart room, a relay room, a cable room, and a main busbar room by a grounded metal partition. The protection level of the shell and each room shall reach IP40.
2. Handcart
The handcart is equipped with high-voltage current limiting fuses and vacuum contactors. When a large short-circuit current occurs in any phase of the system, the fuse quickly blows, pushes the travel switch, opens the contactor, cuts off the fault, and locks the closing circuit. The bottom of the handcart is equipped with four flippable rollers, and the middle is equipped with fixed rollers and grounding devices. The handcart has the characteristics of convenient maintenance and flexible movement.
