In early December 2023, Shandong Taikai Transformer Co., Ltd. developed a 220kV high-capacity wind power transformer SFZ-250000/240, which passed the user acceptance of WR2 wind farm in Canada and was successfully powered on at once. The product was installed, tested, and put into operation without any abnormalities on site, and received high praise from power users. The various indicators of this product are superior to user standards.

The transformer in this project is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the dual standards of CSA and IEEE, and meets the requirements of operating in an ultra-low temperature environment of -50 ℃, with very high performance requirements for the product. After winning the bid for this project, our company established a dedicated project leader to conduct multiple simulation optimizations on the product design scheme to ensure that the final product performance meets expectations. In the manufacturing process, the production process strictly implements process and quality control measures, and each key link is organized for joint review by multiple departments such as design, process, quality inspection, and production to strictly control product quality. The transformer of this project passed the FAT test in one go under the witness of the on-site supervisor, and obtained the ASAT international certification report.
